EXTENDED STAY RV
Credit and background check: Required for staying in the Park (a non refundable $35 fee per adult 18 or over is charged whether or not approved for rent offer). Payment of the $35 per adult application fee is paid thru the Credit Card Portal.
Application: Extended Stay application may be downloaded from our website; once completed submit to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. This will start the application process. Shortly after your submission you will be contacted by SmartMove, a Company affiliated with TransUnion. SmartMove performs the screening of prospective Tenants and make a recommendation within hours to lease or decline.
Rental Payments: Extended Stay RV payments are made exclusively on the Website thru the Credit Card Portal. Minimum duration of 14 days, maximum duration 180 days. Extensions may be requested by contacting Crystal Ingram, Park Manager at 406-941-2729 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rental agreement Includes: Cost of $20 per day for a 14 day or less stay, includes 2 adults. Children under 18 at no charge, other adults if approved (in the screening process) can live in the RV unit at an additional cost of $7 per day.
Garbage Can: will be provided to Extended Stay Site as part of the rental agreement.
Dogs: : are allowed at a cost which will be accessed at $50 non refundable deposit per dog. Each RV has a maximum of 2 dogs per unit. There is no additional charge for cats. Please note the website for dog breeds allowed in the Park.
Vehicles at site: Two vehicles per Extended Stay site are permitted, there are assigned parking spots at each site. Handicap parking can be arranged per Park Manager. Additional vehicles will be charged an additional $2 /day fee. Please limit vehicle size to 1 ton per unit.
